Enrol someone in person
Use the webcam on this computer when a salesperson is standing with you. Only people who have already agreed to face checks in the field app appear in the list — the server refuses the rest.
Three pictures are taken: looking straight ahead, head turned, then straight again.
Stand about an arm's length away, face a window or a light, and keep the whole face inside the oval.
Who has looked at a face photo
Every time a face photo is opened, the person, the time and the reason they typed are written here. The list is chained together so a missing or altered line shows up. Times are IST.

Danger zone
Everything on this tab deletes data permanently. There is no undo and no recycle bin — the only way back is the nightly database backup. Each action states exactly what it destroys and needs the word DELETE typed in before it will run. Every action is written to the office log with your username and IP address.
